Boca Inlet Apartments is completely right on every count. Standing beside the serenely quiet lake where it joins the Intercoastal Waterway, the building adds to the loveliness of the community.

Apartments on all twelve floors are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and utility. Their appointments are the most modern and highest quality. Each apartment has an entry recess from the corridor and an entrance foyer. Long, unbroken wall-spaces excite the gratitude of interior decorators. Individual control of air condition and heating is maintained in each apartment. There are more than ample closets with additional storage in the building. Each master bedroom and bath has a dressing room and walk in closet. Kitchens are fully electric with the latest luxury appliances including a washer-dryer unit. Baths are indeed roomy with huge mirrors, imported marble, sparkling tile, and quality fixtures. All but one-bedroom apartments feature separate dining rooms. Views in every direction are magnificent. Large and gracious lounge rooms on the ground floor are provided for recreation. They face a large terrace and heated swimming pool. Nearby are illuminated tropical gardens beside the Intracoastal Waterway. The building has its own dockage facilities. Under cover parking is provided.
